If you haven't been in Spain, you should go there. Second question; "Do you have informations about Spain or Spanish People?". It doesn't matter. If you have informations about Spain and Spanish People or you don't have, not problem. Because I'll explain. Let's start.
Spain has the most touristic place. Because there is Mediterranean Sea in Spain. Also Mediterranean Sea in Turkey So we can say; we are neighbour with Spain. So we have similar sides with Spanish People. Really, there are similar sides between us.
Secondly; maybe you know it. Spanish is spoken in South America. There are Spanish language, Spanish culture and everything about Spain in South America because of colonialism. I guess Spain in European Union because of colonialism in South America. Maybe.
Viva la fiesta. Yes, viva la fiesta is Spanish people's life style. Fiesta means party, holiday, enjoy etc... Viva means live. Translation can be Party Alive. They always say: "Comfort, comfort, comfort." Comforts is the most important thing for Spanish People. If they have much money, they don't need to work. And they always sleep, be lazy, go to the party, go to holiday but they never work if they have much money. So we can say, they never similar Japan People. You know it. Japan People are very hardworking. But Spanish People try to be hardworking until they have much money.
I said that: "Comfort is the most important thing for Spanish People.". I want to give examples about Spanish People's comforts.
Siesta: They eat meal and sleep between 13.30 and 16.30 pm. They don't work at that time. Siesta's translation can be afternoon sleeping.
I said fiesta. Fiesta means party, holiday, enjoy etc... For example; they never work on Sundays. Also they don't prefer to work in August. Because August is holiday month for Spanish People. They like party. They like night life. So they always go to the party at nights.
There isn't "Good morning!" sentence in Spanish People life. Because they don't like get up early or they never get up early.
And they always be late. For example; you'll meet with Spanish friend at 9 o'clock. But he/she comes at 9.15 or 9.30 or more than. Yeah, they always be late. You don't forget. Also you try to be late. Because cetainly they always be late. So you don't wait. Better than. I think.
Spanish People are very very very friendly. So you can be close when you talk with them. They always talk. They like talk. They are talkative. But while they are talking, they shout. Really. There is noise when they talk. Because they shout.
Another else for example; you bought clothes for you. And Spanish person said: "You are very beautiful/handsome. You are very good-looking.". You shouldn't say: "Thank you, thanks a lot, thank you so much, etc...". Never say. Maybe you can say: "Really?". If you say: "Thank you, thanks a lot, thank you so much, etc...", they think about you are self-righteous, big-headed, smug. Don't forget!
In Spain, you can use both of your mother's family name and father's family name. So you have 2 family names. When women married, can use their family name. Also women don't have to use their husband's family name. Not obligation. I think it is so good. For example you married with Spanish man. You don't want to use your family name. And you use simply your husband's family name. If you don't use your family name and use simply your husband's family name, Spanish man think about it is machismo. I think Spanish men are very thoughtful.
Flamenco. I think you know. Flamenco in South Spain. Flamenko equals dance and music. If you don't dance, they don't play music. Dance is obligation. Really. They like dance. Who likes Flamenco? I like Flamenco. If you like Flamenco, you should watch Vengo movie. Because Vengo movie's subject is Flamenco.
Bullfighthing. I think you know. Because it is famous sport in Spain. I think it is unnecessary. I don't know what you think. In my opinion, bullfighthing is unnecessary but I never say: "Bullfighthing is unnecessary." to Spanish people. Because they keen on this sport. And you can argue with them. Also you can fight them. Yeah, it is unnecessary. But you never say to Spanish people. Do you know Katalunya? Katalunya is Spain's city. Bullfighthing is forbidden in Katalunya since 2012. This is Katalunya Parliament's decision.
Another else, they always eat seafood. As I know as Spanish cuisine is famous in the world. Also we can say, Spanish cuisine similars Turkish cuisine. For example; they like olive oil. Turkish people like olive oil. I want to talk about Tapas and Paella. Tapas is appetizer. Tapa means small plate in Spanish language. Tapas is served with small plate. So Tapas' name is come Tapa vocabulary. Paella is rice. Paella is double food. I explain; Paella is eaten with two people. Because every seafood which on the plate for two people. If you are alone, you shouldn't eat Paella. So we can say; Paella is darling, lover food.
Finally, Spain cities. Spain's cities are very historical. If you like history, want to feel history, you should visit in Spain. Especially you should visit Madrid. You know Madrid is capital city of Spain. And Madrid is very historical city.
